While i don’t offer all types of portraiture, i do offer what i love to photograph.
I am a little biased since I have been obsessed with cameras and documenting anything and everything since I was a kid but I cannot stress enough how important it is to take photos of all of it. Life changes quickly and big changes can happen in a heart beat. Once the opportunity has passed, it will forever be past.
Family Sessions
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY FAMILY WORK:
1.
my work is primarily lifestyle and documentary – meaning I try to keep things as natural and as real as possible. I will guide you through your session, especially for a lifestyle session.
2.
i promise you that if you want one posed photo with your whole family looking at the camera, i will get at least one ;).
3.
i promise i will not judge your parenting.
4.
I really like to let kids be kids and pets to be pets. If they get dirty, have a meltdown, can’t sit still, etc. I love it. I want to document the real them.
5.
I do not limit the amount of people at your session. If you want to bring your extended family, that is awesome and I am hear for it. Just know that the more people you bring, the more time we will need to document your session.
Senior Sessions
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY senior sessions:
1.
I really want to showcase your senior, authentically. I want to include the things they love at this stage of life and really document who they are now.
2.
I will always take posed photos as it is necessarily here but I do treat these as lifestyle sessions. I will be their guide.
3.
I don’t limit the amount of outfit changes. THat being said, the more outfits, the more time you will need.
4.
theY are fun! sometimes, this is the first professional photoshoot for them and they might be uncomfortable in front of the camera. I like to keep it light, crack lots of very corny jokes, and get to know your kid. It’s very important they have a safe space to be them.
5.
Before your senior’s session, I will need all the specs that their school requires for yearbook photos and other other specialty photos.
Graduations
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY graduation sessions:
1.
These are fun! they are like the rowdy sibling to the senior sessions. I love to get family involved, other grads, etc. and make a day out of it.
2.
graduations can mean any graduations – high school, college, pre school, or even retirement – haha I cannot wait to graduate from work!
3.
these sessions aren’t limited to just portraits. They can include graduation parties, actual graduation events, etc.
4.
Think individual portraits, family photos, friend photos, and event photos all in one!
5.
There really are only a few times in your life when everyone you love is all in the same space together. Having those moments documented, preserving those memories, is so important.
Maternity Sessions
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY maternity sessions:
1.
I TREAT MY MATERNITY SESSIONS MUCH LIKE MY BOUDOIR SESSIONS. PREGNANCY IS HARD AND I WANT TO PAMPER YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A QUEEN FOR THE DAY.
2.
Your MATERNITY SESSION CAN LOOK HOWEVER YOU WANT IT TO LOOK AND DOESN’T HAVE TO FIT ANY MOLDS. JUST YOU – GREAT! INCLUDE FAMILY OR A PARTNER – GREAT!
3.
YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO MY STUDIO SO IF YOU WANT SOME INDOOR PHOTOS – BOUDOIR/MATERNITY, PERHAPS?!, YOU KNOW I AM DOWN!
4.
WORRIED ABOUT YOUR BODY AND HOW IT HAS CHANGED? I GOT YOU! I PROMISE TO HOLD A SAFE SPACE FOR YOU AND I WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE ENTIRE SESSION. I
5.
DO YOU HAVE A VISION FOR YOUR SESSION? A THEME PERHAPS OR WANT TO INCORPORATE SOME FUN PROPS? LET ME KNOW! I LOVE IT WHEN PEOPLE WANT TO BRING SOME CREATIVITY AND I DEFINITELY WANT TO BE INVOLVED!
